Neon Green - Oil Slick Monarch twist pen

Material: Neon Green acrylic 
Kit: Oil Slick finish Monarch twist pen 
I made this pen using a very bright neon green acrylic blank and put it onto an oil slick finish Monarch twist pen kit. 
These pens take a standard Parker style refill and comes with black ballpoint ink but gel refills can be purchased at most all office supply stores or Amazon.
