Payment
I accept PayPal, Money orders, credit and debit cards. You can post payments here with PayPal and credit/debit cards, or money order. No Personal Checks. Product will not be shipped until payment is received.
If you are local I can met you and take cash, money order or credit/debit card.
Shipping
I only ship through the United Stated Postal Service and use Priority shipping. And extra requests such as insurance or special tracking can be added at the buyers request and expense. I also only ship within the United States. Sorry, NO International orders unless being delivered to a US address.
Returns & Exchanges
I stand by my work and test all pens/pencils for functionality before shipping.
I will replace or repair any defects within my means. The defects must be due to faulty material and not caused by the buyer such as dropping, accidental damage etc...
I am a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project, so I donate a percentage of all sales.
I am working on a way to have a section for custom orders of Acrylic Pens, Wood Pens, and Antler Pens. You will be able to select material and kit.
